Our regular fortnightly coffee morning was enhanced by the lovely Ellie, who came to demonstrate a fantastic all-singing, all-dancing machine that produced some very well
received goodies to taste. The machine in question was a ‘Thermomix’, and it weighed the ingredients, gave step-by-step recipe instructions on a screen, as well as mixing and cooking the recipes. We were treated to - red pepper hummus, tomato risotto, and mango sorbet. Our taste buds were well and truly tickled!
