The success of last year’s village bbq had obviously spread around the village as the Wigborough Community Hub hosted nearly fifty people - double the number of last year!
A vibrant festival atmosphere was created with the chatter of good friends and neighbours meeting up in the churchyard. The atmosphere enhanced by the bunting around the gazebos, the upbeat music being relayed both inside and out, courtesy of our new music licence, and of course the licensed bar offering a range of drinks!
The chefs donned their aprons again and kept a steady flow of ‘Wigborough Meats’, sausages and burgers, topped with onions. Salads and desserts being served from indoors.
We have had lots of positive feedback. Come and join us next year!
